Service Description

Come and enjoy some fresh air and some yoga on the ice of Crooked Lake! Allow yourself to take some time for you to relax and reset while enjoying the great MN weather we are having! All Seasons Yoga has invested in a NEW sauna! We will have pop up changing rooms available for those that would like to change gear for the sauna! We will also have access to cold tub action for anyone looking for more extreme access to hot and cold therapy! Dress for winter, you can always take layers off. We will be moving and grooving to keep warm while channeling some great vibes and uplifting energy. Bring your own mat if you would like otherwise I will have mats for all as well! This is a great way to gather while still able to keep your distance if you so choose!
